How long should a shoutout stay up?
Agree it before you pay. 24 hours is the common minimum for a feed shoutout; pinned shoutouts cost more. Ask for a screenshot when it goes up and again when the agreed time is over.
Shoutout or S4S?
S4S (shoutout for shoutout) costs nothing but needs an audience of a similar size. A paid shoutout makes sense when the other page is bigger than yours or you want a date you control.
How do I know a shoutout worked?
